As soon as you receive your shipment, we recommend:

  • Initial Inspection: Upon receiving your shipment, it’s advised to inspect the items for any defects or shipping damage and verify that the correct products were received. Damaged merchandise must be reported within 3 business days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.
  • Size Selection: Customers are encouraged to choose their size carefully, as returns due to size issues will not be accepted unless the wrong product size is sent.
  • Return Conditions: To be accepted, items must be returned within 3 days in their original condition (unwashed, unworn, or unused). The return package should include an invoice or a note with the customer’s name, address, and order ID#.
  • Refunds and Exchanges: Upon receipt and inspection of the return, if the item is in its original condition, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. For exchanges, a new order must be placed.
  • Non-Returnable Items: The policy lists several categories of items that are not eligible for returns, including videos and CDs, all types of posters and billboards, body jewellery, swimwear, underwear, guitar tabs, and books. Items that have been washed, worn, or used are also not accepted and may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return postage. The policy notes that original shipping charges, customs fees, and import taxes are not refundable.

Once your item arrives and is found in its original condition, a refund will go back to the same form of payment originally used for the order.  If there is an alternate item or size you prefer instead, you will have to submit a new order for that alternate item.
